Excellent Location and Friendly Staff

I found the staff helpful. Parking was also very convenient. Our group of three cars all found spaces easily. The hotel is near the beach. The hill is challenging. I appreciated the short walk to the beach and the city center.

The room was small and smelled slightly of dampness, I noticed. The mattress kept moving. It was not very comfortable, sadly.

I found the staff very cute. it was both comfy and spacious. the ensuite room was clean. i had bays to park my car. That was useful

the parking situation was hit and miss. i had to find alternative parking early in the morning and keep monitoring it

The location is PERFECT, very close to the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, and that really made a difference. The room was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was AMAZING!!!

The bedside lamp did not work. The washbasin did not drain, the plug could not be opened. There was no TV or telephone. There were no tea making facilities.
